Cupcake 127... Old Macdonald had a Farm

Hello and Good Morning! Are you ready for another Cupcake? Yes? Excellent!

Well, I have to tell you, you certainly had me licking my lips with your gorgeous creations last week. As always, thank you for taking the time to play along. It is such a pleasure visiting your creations.

Before I get on to our new challenge, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Victoria for being such a faberoony Cupcake. Jelly makes the most wonderful projects and is a lovely girl too. Sadly for us, Jelly has decided to leave Cupcake, I hope you will all join me in wishing her every success for the future.

Our Challenge Competition has now closed. There are loads of fantastic ideas; watch your inbox, because I could be contacting you very soon. I’ll also be organising our next Guest Designer shortly, so if you were a Top 5 winner during January, you could be hearing from me too.

This week, it’s my turn to pick a theme:

Cupcake 126... Food for Thought

Morning Cupcake Lovers! It doesn’t seem that long since I was last here writing a post, but here we are again. Time for another Cupcake! Valentine’s Day will be with us before we know it. For those of you in the UK, have you noticed the days getting longer? Isn’t it lovely? Our fabby Guest Designer, Sari, from Sweden, only gets about five hours of daylight each day at the moment! I guess the silver lining is that in the summer, she can craft all day!! ;)

What absolutely gorgeous wedding creations you made last week. Thank you so much for playing along and sharing your work with us. We hope you have as much fun with us this week.

But before I get to that, if you’d like a chance to pick a Challenge for us, and Guest Design for the week of your Theme, you’ll need to take a look at our competition. It closes at 8pm GMT on Sunday 30 January, so be quick.

This week, Scrummylicious Donna has chosen:

What's the Challenge? You Decide!

No, no, it's not Monday morning already! There's still a bit of weekend left! ;)

The Cupcakes were talking about future Challenges recently and we decided it's not really fair for us to pick them all the time. So we'd like to give you the opportunity to Challenge us too. Not only that, but the (randomly chosen) winner will also be invited to Guest Design for us on the week in March when their Challenge goes live at Cupcake!

Sound like fun? If you'd like to set a Theme and Guest Design for us, leave your idea in a comment on this post.

We'll close this competition at 8pm (GMT)Sunday 30 January.

Get your thinking caps on Cupcake Lovers!

Cupcake 125... Dum, Dum, De, Dum!

Aloha Cupcake Lovers! How are the New Years Resolutions going? Have you kicked them to the curb yet or did you pick the best resolution of all? My New Years Resolution was to have no New Years Resolutions. Well, apart from not eating so much choklit. Or purchasing naughty little packages of stash. Or stop 'accidentally' locking Very Understanding Hubby out... Ahem!

Goodness gracious me! You certainly kept us on or toes last week with all your fabulous entries in our Something New Challenge. There was barely time for a cuppa! Thank you so much for taking the time to play along. It was an amazing turn out. :)

To coincide with the launch of her rather fantastic Wedding Stationery business;

Stationery by Me

Liza has chosen:

***Weddings ***

Now I know we’re not really going to sell Wedding Invitations to crafters, but it would be really great if we could give Liza some exposure...

Stationery by Me specialises in beautiful, handmade wedding stationery for your special day.

Each of my collections feature save the date cards, invitations, all of your "on the day" stationery, favours, guest books and thank you cards, and they are all beautifully coordinated and finished to the highest standard.

All of my designs are made with high quality products and they are all individually handmade and are available in a wide range of colours.

I currently have an offer of 20% off all orders placed before the 31st January 2011, so if you or someone you know is getting married, please pop over to
Stationery by Me and take a look at my designs. x

Right, back to the challenge in hand! Put that wedding hat back in it's box, you need to get crafting because we’d love to see your Wedding creations.

You have until Sunday 23 January … 8pm GMT to place your entry for this challenge. Have fun!
